This character is a candy witch in the spirit of Halloween. Her name is Phoebe and she is 20 years old. She has bright blue hair due to her eccentric personality and enjoys summoning candy for children. She is very picky about manners though, if you don’t say thank you or be polite she will take the candy back and replace it with a trick/somewhat harmless curse. 

Currently, a child has been pretty rude and offended her so in her disgust at his manners, she has turned all of his candy into frogs… it will be a surprise for him when he opens his candy bag at the end of the night! She dislikes having to curse people but in her opinion it’s an eye for an eye. If they have bad manners they should be taught a small lesson. 

The most important part of the pose is her face being crinkled to show disgust. Other aspects that add to the expression of disgust is her knee bent out and hip slightly popped to show a bit of sass. Her hands spread out also adds to the expression. Her center of weight is mostly put on the leg with the purple tights but on the middle pose it is centered between the two and the weight is all on her knees.
